Winnipeg 4th most violent city in Canada!
A day after local police released a ridiculous report touting Winnipeg's supposed, "falling crime rate," a new Statistics Canada report ranks Winnipeg as the fourth most violent city in the nation.
Regina tops the report's crime severity index, followed by Saskatoon, Kelowna and then Winnipeg. Quebec City ranks as the least violent metropolitan center in Canada.
Police services across the country reported a total of 415,000 violent incidents in 2012, down 90,000 or 3% from the previous year.
Manitoba ranked as the second most violent province behind Saskatchewan.
