Convicted Pedophile Released onto Winnipeg Streets

| A convicted sexual offender was released from a psychiatric facility in Saskatoon on Nov. 26th, 2010 and has moved to Winnipeg. |
Police said Kakegamic has a history of sexual offenses in relation to children, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and invitation to sexual touching.
Police said Kakegamic participated in some sex offender treatment programs but he is still considered a high risk to re-offend.
Young children, both boys and girls, are at risk of sexual violence.

Letting him go is a travesty of justice. He should've been executed years ago.
Why is this guy not swinging from a noose? Letting him go is a slap in the face to the victims of his crimes. I HATE the bloody hug-a-thug's, they are the one's who are truly twisted in the head. Even more so than bastards like Kakegamic.
